Hotel & Resort Management

Property and multi-property leadership with clear responsibility for the operating plan, the management team and owner reporting.

An operating plan ownership can hold accountable.

Pinnacle HTL agrees the operating scope with ownership, then works with property leadership on budgets, forecasts, staffing, service standards and commercial priorities. The plan identifies who is responsible for each material decision and how results will be reviewed.

A principal remains involved in the decisions that affect performance, the team and the guest experience.

What the mandate may include

  • Property and multi-property operating oversight
  • Annual plans, budgets, forecasts and owner reporting
  • General manager support, recruitment and performance accountability
  • Standards, SOPs, cost controls and service delivery
  • Brand compliance and owner-brand coordination
  • Task-force and interim leadership during transitions or leave
  • Revenue, sales and marketing alignment
  • Performance reviews and corrective operating plans

What ownership sees

Reporting can include a weekly action record and monthly review of forecast, profit, guest measures, capital priorities and decisions awaiting ownership direction.

Where we work
